Car owners are required to pay an annual tax on their vehicles in addition to the taxes paid at the time of purchase. These taxes are to be paid to the Transport Authority Office every fiscal year. You will receive documents in the mail from the Tax Authority around the following dates:
– Sedan Type Cars: Notice comes around May 10, with a payment deadline of May 31.
– Light Vehicles: Notice comes around April 19, with a payment deadline of April 30.
